JP Executive Search works in partnership with Volunteering Matters/Project Scotland and their Social Enterprise Arm “Get the Gen”.
More young people in Scotland and elsewhere in the UK will be supported by volunteers to overcome any barriers in their way, developing their confidence and skills to unlock their potential.
The combined approach of the Charities and Social Enterprise provides a platform for volunteers, young people and communities to challenge existing structures and work with decision-makers to overcome barriers and inequalities.
The mission of Volunteering Matters/Project Scotland is to raise awareness and allow more people in local communities to be supported and allow them to overcome the employment challenges they may face.
Their Social Enterprise arm “Get the Gen” offers an intergenerational training and development programme to business resulted in a blended and more integrated workplace.
